TreeO is an apartment complex located in Sungai Ara, Penang. The project is of high-density nature, with over 1,000 units up for grabs, the units are spread between three 49-storey towers. The development is a brainchild of Hunza Properties Berhad.
The unit built-up details are yet to be released, but it will be going at an indicative price from RM300,000. The Penang International Airport is just a short drive away from the apartment complex, making travel easier for outstation tenants. TreeO can be reached via the Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim route, which connects to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. The following route then links to the North-South Highway (NSE) via the 2nd Penang Bridge.
