Residensi Inspiria is an upcoming residential development under the Federal Territory Affordable Housing (RUMAWIP) programme. Located along Jalan Gombak, it is developed by Alma Ventures Development. It will replace the Gombak wet market, or better known as Pasar Besar Gombak.
This project is built on a 3.977-acre leasehold land, comprising a 44-storey apartment standing next to a 9-storey commercial lots that belong to DBKL.
