Bayu Puteri is one of the many condominiums located in Tropicana, albeit one that was completed during the pre-Tropicana boom. What was once a rather affordable condominium that was being sold at approximately RM180,000 in 2007 is now one that can be sold at close to half a million. Despite the exterior of the condominium being on the dingy side, the rental market for Bayu Puteri is excellent.
