Jalan Pinhorn, a single wide lane road which services this quiet neighborhood populated with Bungalows and Semi-Detached homes in the heart of Jelutong. Surrounding the area are a number of facilities, including SMJK Chung Hwa Confucian, Penang Free School, Kolej Han Chiang, Hospital Lam Wah Ee and a host of amenities and famous food establishments in the acclaimed George Town. Infamous for the controversial Bungalow purchase by Penang’s Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng in an accusation that the property in question was purchased below market price in consideration for a government state land being sold at below market value. However, even before this issue arose, during the period that the Chief Minister was renting the premises, protests and minor acts of vandalism were committed at his home within the area, leading to a small concern of personal safety to those living there.
