How would you foresee the rental market in Cyberjaya in the next 12 months ?

Not only Cyberjaya though, I think across the whole Klang valley also have a rental drop due to oversupply. Too many supply but not so many demands.

@JohnL - yes true. I have been noticing many developers booming like mushrooms these days in Klang Valley. What is your advise for those who want to invest in property. Where should they be focusing?
