Hi, I just found a house in Gombak. But the house only has master title. The developer has already gone to bankruptcy. 

1.Will there be any problem if the house only has master title. 

2. How to apply for strata title?

@nadiahzahirah Yes, You may have difficult time to obtain the title regardless it it individual title or strata. To apply individual / strata, i suggest that you can look for owners around or JMB to understand what action that they are taking to obtain the title instead of applying alone as this subdivision or partition involves all the owners who owned the same piece of the land under the master title.
