Any advice for a buyer who wants to buy an apartment built by a developer who has gone bankrupt?
Strata title is not out yet. Land is leasehold. Will there a problem in getting the title after buying??

It seems too much of trouble to get into this deal, unless the price is super attractive?

Time to go see the lawyers. Many of them.

Gave up on this. Found out that getting a loan is also a problem. Even if u can afford to buy, u might have difficulty selling it later.

Anyone know The Boss Service Suite @ Klang ... Before that heard some Developer will take over it since it Abandoned few years ago , any status update ??
