@linksforink what's the build-up area you looking at?
tabulate a comparison table, on the cost involved with condo vs landed, given new condo with lesser maintenance cost compare to old landed with higher maintenance (eg pipes, wiring etc) but bear in mind condo have service charges and sinking fund on top of the outgoings like quit rent, assessment for both types
