S P Setia Bhd’s latest project, Setia Safiro’s Phase 1A and Setia Mayuri’s Phase 1 Semi-D homes, received tremendous responses during the launches last weekend and was recorded as sold out.

Its Senior Executive Vice President Datuk Koe Peng Kang said the success is due to homebuyers’ confidence in Setia brand, and the company’s ability to deliver unique concept and quality home based on the expectations.

“Setia’s agility in understanding and adapting to the market’s needs, listening to the homebuyers’ feedback also contribute to strong interest from the public for every project that Setia launched,” said Datuk Koe.

Setia Safiro, a joint-venture with Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, is a self-sustainable development priced at mid-range to cater to first time home buyers and also young families who are looking to upgrade their house.

Phase 1A of Setia Safiro, called Rosario is a freehold double-storey link house located five kilometres from the multiple award-winning Setia Eco Glades at Cyberjaya.

With all 97 units in phase 1A sold out, the public can look forward to the upcoming launch of phase 1B next.

The three-bedroom and three-bathroom units are offered under the recently extended Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), that will give discounts of at least 10% and a 100% stamp duty exemption for the first RM1mil of house’s value.
