Niche property developer TA Global Bhd unveiled its latest project, Alix Residences, located in Kiara North, Kuala Lumpur.
The modern luxurious residential development, which has a gross development value of RM507 million, will be located on 4.55-acre freehold land.
According to TA Global’s chief executive officer Tiah Joo Kim the project is designed to appeal to the multi-cultural neighbourhood and its surroundings.
“Malaysia is entering the stage where the property market is becoming more developed or mature. Not only is it highly competitive, but the end consumer is becoming more educated and particular with the things that they place value on or give priority to. We’re excited to introduce ALIX Residences to the market,” he said.
The low-density development features a total of 364 individual units, spread across two towers standing tall at 36 floors (Tower A) and 23 floors (Tower B) with built-ups of 1,012 to 2,476 sq ft. Both towers also feature spacious layouts centred on family living with best-in-class facilities.
Targeted to buyers who are looking a home for their own stay, Tiah said Alix is built with the highest specification and crafted with attention to detail to provide homeowners with an exceptional living experience.
He said the project is targeted to those who are looking to stay in an affluent location at an attainable price.
The indicative price for the units in Alix Residences is RM760psf, with maintenance fee at RM0.38psf.
“The location has other niche developments, what makes Alix different from others is the facilities and its price,” he told PropSocial.
He said the project is located in a quieter neighbourhood, yet nearby to the amenities that are aplenty, and this will be a crucial selling point for the project.
Tiah added that the public preview for Alix Residences is set to take place on July 21, 2019.
