On 16 July 2020, Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) officially unveiled its brand new M Adora sales gallery at Wangsa Melawati, the third project from its 2019 land acquisition trail. The development marks the Group’s maiden project in the Wangsa Melawati area.
Officiating the grand opening of M Adora’s sales gallery was Housing and Local Government Minister, Yang Berhormat Puan Hajah Zuraida Kamaruddin. Also present during the event were Mah Sing’s Founder & Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum; Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang; Mah Sing’s Chief Operating Officer, Yeoh Chee Beng; Mah Sing’s Director of Group Strategy & Operations, Rachel Leong along with the senior management team of the Group.
Yang Berhormat Puan Hajah Zuraida Kamaruddin said, “The need for more affordable housings has always been pivotal in our country. It is indeed much appreciated to receive support from private developers such as Mah Sing in their continuous effort to launch more products in the affordable segment. I understand that the starting price of M Adora is below RM500,000, which is in line with the current market demand. I look forward to seeing more private developers venture into affordable housing to support the government in our pursuit to cater to the needs of the Rakyat today – particularly first time home buyers to own their ideal home.”
Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum said, “The launch of the M Adora sales gallery marks another milestone for the Group, as this concludes the official unveiling of all three new lands that we acquired last year. Our rapid speed in planning and marketing the new developments is in line with our quick turnaround model and augers well for our growth strategy. We will continue to look out for prime land bank in strategic locations with high connectivity and accessibility for affordably priced products with quality facilities to cater to the current and future market demand.”

This innovative home financing solution enables buyers to own their ideal home with easy entry and low monthly instalments.
Embracing the new normal, all the guests at the grand opening event practiced social distancing during the launch ceremony and also adhered to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) required during the Recovery Movement Control Order period (RMCO).
M Adora’s Sales Gallery is located at Jalan Wangsa Delima 1A, Wangsa Maju, just 1.2km from the actual project site. Echoing M Adora’s concept, the sales gallery is crafted with contemporary urban sanctuary elements, meeting the expectations of modern homebuyers.
A public event at the M Adora Sales Gallery will be held on 18 and 19 July 2020. Members of the public are welcomed to join the event over the weekend to enjoy additional early-bird incentives on a first-come, first-served basis when they secure a unit in M Adora.
