AYER Holdings Berhad’s property division, Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd (“BHD”), has recently launched the Bromelia phase one landed homes at Bukit Puchong.

90% of phase one was sold during the launch despite the challenging market resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. With a gross development value of RM152mil, Bromelia sits on a 13.86-acre freehold site, located at the developer’s township development of Bukit Puchong.

Bromelia is a low-density gated and guarded landed strata residential development, consisting of 137 units of 2 and 2.5-storey terrace, cluster and semi-D homes. The terrace units have built-up ranging from 1,798 sf to 2,271 sf whilst the cluster and semi-D are sized between 2,000 sf and 4,000 sf respectively.

According to AYER Holdings Berhad’s Group Chief Operating Officer Jeannie Khoo, the group embarked on its first online preview for the launch of Bromelia by providing an online live streaming platform for registrants to view, pick and book their preferred units. “We have taken the recent pandemic into perspective when incorporating the multi-functioning design to provide spaces that cater to lifestyle changes and new norm of working from home. Traffic free jogging trail, landscaped garden with a children’s playground, basketball court, outdoor fitness, BBQ terrace and an elevated viewing deck provides our residents with ample social and community spaces.”

Based on the overwhelming response, Jeannie believes that there is continued interest in landed properties that has good access, quality design and value for money. “The majority of our buyers purchased the units for self-usage while a few of them purchased for investment purposes and we had repeat buyers besides first-time home owners” Jeannie added.
