The Group recently rolled out the Tropicana 100 campaign, offering 100% more reasons for buyers to purchase their dream property.

The campaign allows one to experience 100 percent art of living – redefining how you live, work and play without breaking your bank account, staying true to the group's slogan of redefining the art of living. The Tropicana 100 campaign, offers buyers 100% returns on booking fees, 100% interest-free flexibility, 100% legal fees borne, 100% furnishing, 100% financing as well as 100% additional referral rewards.

In line with this initiative, this customer-centric campaign will run for 100 days, from 20 January 2021 to 30 April 2021. The first 100 lucky purchasers will also be rewarded with RM2,000 worth of furnishing vouchers for every RM100,000 property value.

Furnishing incentives and easy payment systems were some of the benefits highlighted, which can help property buyer stretch their dollar even further. During the Tropicana 100 campaign, customers with the first 100 bookings will also be rewarded with RM2,000 worth of furnishing vouchers for every RM100,000 worth of property they buy. This, along with the ease of selecting completely or partly furnished units will help them save tonnes of cash and free up the hassle of furnishing their homes. Customers are given the option of selecting their preferred property through several townships and projects, both on-going and completed properties nationwide, including hotspots in Klang Valley, Genting Highlands, Johor and Kota Kinabalu.
