Hi all, what do you think will happen to the property demand around the area? And will existing buyer let go their units?

Looking at the transaction records, plenty of sale & purchase still happening in Elmina. Demand at that place is still good i guess.

Kindly share how to get the transaction records?

1.  Some will have phobias of another air accident in Elmina
2. But what is the probability that another plane will crash in that same area. The chance of another crash in Elmina ..is very very low.. 

3. House demand should stay and prices should not fall also based on #2.
Could be just a temporary setback (where prospects are still in a state of shock and over time when they get back their composure demand should be back. Just my 2 sen..
