TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. (“TH Prop/the Group”) proudly unveiled its latest developments, Felora and Bizcentre Phase 2, at the Karnival Warisan Puteri 2 last weekend.
The much-anticipated residential development, Felora, comprises 86 units of double-storey terrace houses with a gross development value of RM38,959,933.66. Speaking at the launch ceremony, TH Properties board member, Hj. Zarulakmar Abd Aziz said that the success of previous developments in Warisan Puteri 2 such as Tierra, another double-storey terrace house project, is a testament to buyers’ trust in the Group’s products.
