Does anyone has any idea of short term stay (STR) e.g. Airbnb service for Service Apartment in a residential title land? 

I know STR is NOT allowed in Condominium of Residential Title, 

and I also know STR is ALLOWED in Service Apartment of Commercial Title;

But how about Service Apartment of Residential Title? 

Anyone owner or JMB committee who came across this ?

some budget hotel business is impacted too due to increase of homestay and short term rent.

But it's not Airbnb or home stay to be blame for the business downfall ma. It's a revolution. Users have their freedom of choice. Just like the downfall of Nokia, people change, so must the business strategy and direction. 

@Ace agreed with u. time for them to provide better service and make further improvement.
