KL Traders Square is an upcoming modern high rise development located squarely on prime land fronting the bustling road of Jalan Gombak in Kuala Lumpur. It is a high density mixed development of much excitement that is being designed to change the landscapes of its neighbourhood. KL Traders Square will house a large number of business and housing units complete with a wide range of high-end facilities for the convenience of its prospective tenants and residents. KL Traders Square is dedicated to middle income earners and first time home buyers with its affordable prices. It is not dissimilar to OUG Parklane in terms of its density and its concept either. Prices of the homes at KL Traders Square are affordable starting from RM405,000 per unit at the time of its launch. Slightly over a year after its launch, it’s prices per unit only increased between RM20,000 and RM30,000. While the units at KL Traders Square are very moderately spaced at between 842 sf and 940 sf, the layout of the units are such that the homes look very spacious. The kitchen and the living area is an open concept making it look rather large, while the bedrooms are moderately sized, making them decent for normal families. There will be a total of 2647 units at KL Traders Square which worries some buyers that it might be cause for congestion at the ingress and egress in the future. High density of living is also a worry, but the homes will be spread out over five blocks of 30 storeys. All units from the 18th floor and below will come with either a single parking lot or one tandem parking lot which can hold two cars, while units from the 19th floor and above will get two parking lots. KL Traders Square will enjoy excellent access to the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE). Being located at the fringes of the Kuala Lumpur city centre means that residents are also within only 15 minutes of the Golden Triangle making ideal for those working in the city. The first two blocks of the KL Traders Square was launched in 2015, while the remaining blocks of the development are slated for completion in May 2019.
