Dwiputra Residences is a high rise property located at the widely sought-after address in Putrajaya. Developed on the prime and enviable location of Precinct 15, it is an intelligent investment handled by a developer with an excellent reputation and an impressive portfolio. Dwiputra Residences is surrounded by lush greenery that offers a relaxing lifestyle with contemporary designs inspired by Balinese art. With privacy as the top priority, every unit's window has been constructed to face away from their neighbour’s window, with views of either the forest reserve or other landed properties. The surrounding properties in Precinct 15 are all of well planned landed properties consisting of terrace homes, semi-detached and bungalows. This presents a picturesque view for residents of Dwiputra Residences as well. Dwiputra Residences is well located in the heart of Putrajaya with a comprehensive network of highways that will connect residents to the Kuala Lumpur city centre and various towns. There is the Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE).
