Kampus West City is a 100-acre mixed-use development on leasehold land with strata title in Kampar, Perak. It consists of 146 units of 42’ x 75’ shops and 3 blocks of accommodation for the university town. The studio units measure 312 sf to 377 sf, and include one bedroom and bathroom each; the bedrooms are large enough for two people. Investors are showing interest in the Kampus West City development as there is a high demand for student rentals in the area, with the Kampar campus of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and the Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) about 3km away (or a few-minutes’ drive) and free shuttle buses readily available for students. Security is prioritised, with smart tag access, 24-hour guards, night patrols and CCTVs installed around the premises. Moreover, the shops below and around the residential units offer students a wide selection of food and beverage, groceries, retail and entertainment options, while there are jogging and cycling paths below the accommodation. The response to Kampus West City was so good that the Kampus West City Condominium was launched shortly after. Adding to the appeal of Kampus West City and Kampus West City Condominium is their location near to Tesco Kampar, about 10 minutes away. There are also numerous shops and outlets in neighbouring areas like Taman Bandar Baru and Taman Kolej Perdana, such as an Econsave Cash & Carry, restaurants, cafés, a clinic and petrol station. The development is also 10 minutes away from the Gopeng exit leading to the North-South Expressway, making it easy for students to explore other destinations in Peninsular Malaysia during their stay here.
