It is named as such as the condominium was built to house the squatters who used to live in the slums within the area, but was coerced to move out from there to make way for development. These high density high rises now stand within the area popularly called Bangsar South, causing much discord to the viewer’s eye as it stands out like a sore thumb amidst all the new luxury condominiums that are being built around it.
