La Thea Residences is an aesthetically built condominium located in Puchong South within the integrated development of 16 Sierra. Developed by the IOI Properties Group who have a strong portfolio of luxury and mid range developments under their belts, La Thea Residences is to be another success. La Thea Residences will be a development situated close to other residential high rises within the same township, and will neighbour D’Alpinia. They will also enjoy their own set of facilities which will have the typical swimming and wading pool, entertainment hall and barbecue area, but they will also have some unique facilities such as the glass gymnasium where residents can enjoy scenic views while working out, an interactive playground for better development in children and a kindergarten where parents can leave their children at when going to work. These homes are family oriented with not only their facilities but their space as well. The smallest unit will be 787 sf, while the largest is 1,205 sf. Every unit will have either two or three bedrooms, and either two or three bathrooms. Also ideal for two working parents, every unit will come with two complementary parking lots. Prices of La Thea Residences were reasonable, ranging at between RM439,800 - RM736,800. Similar to its neighbours, there are highways on either side of La Thea Residences. With its proximity to highways, residents of La Thea Residences will have the privilege of convenient access to the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and Maju Expressway (MEX). The upcoming Serdang-Kinrara-Putrajaya Expressway (SKIP) will also be close to home. Although the address technically says Puchong, La Thea Residences is in actuality situated closer to Cyberjaya hence the odd range of highways not typical to a Puchong development. This makes La Thea Residences a good home for those working in Serdang, Cyberjaya or Putrajaya as they will be within minutes of all three locations. Frequent travellers will also find this location convenient as they will be only half an hour away from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). With La Thea Residences’s proximity to conveniences such as iOi City Mall in Putrajaya, Alamanda Putrajaya Shopping Centre and the Equine Aeon Shopping Centre, these homes were very warmly received.
