Ideally located in the prime township of Bandar Menjalara is the Medan Putra Condominium, a development of residential towers which strikes the fancy of many potential purchasers. This was however not always the case, as when the management of the building was being handled by the developers, there were much complaints from its residents which included poor security, a filthy environment, faulty lifts and cracked walls. Everything culminated in 2009 when the residents filed a lawsuit against the developer, which the residents won the case. As such, the condition of Medan Putra Condominium’s environment improved drastically after the management was taken over by the Joint Management Body (JMB) and the value of the development has also increased healthily.
