This apartment which its facade is not bearing its years well is still highly popular and comes with a considerably pricey tag. Common complaints from residents are of fellow apartment owners who do not pay up their rent, while a more serious complaint includes the purchase of Sea Park Apartment’s parking lot by an unknown party. In what appears to be a politically and monetarily influenced move, land titles involving the parking lot were mysteriously sold, and the residents’ complaints and dissatisfactions are now falling on deaf ears.
