The development, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, consists of a tower that soars 33-storeys high, consisting of a total of 215 standard and penthouse units. There are 4 standard layouts for prospects to choose from, Type A, B, C, and D. Type A has a built-up of 1,555 sf, and is the largest among the 4 layouts, fitting in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Type B and Type C have the same layout of 2 bedrooms, 1 study area, 1 bathroom and 1 powder room, sized at 837 sf and 1,200 sf respectively. Type D is the studio unit of the condominium, with a built-up of 696 sf, making the development suitable for expats, investors, young working adults and small families. 6 Ceylon has the standard pack of facilities a condominium would offer, with some additional ones that are slightly out of the norm, such as a dining room available on the facilities floor for social gatherings to take place. Apart from that, it has the usual swimming pool and wading pool, as well as a sauna. There is also a gym and a public changing room, and children will be able to enjoy the playground prepared for them. A barbecue area is also set up for social activities, apart from the earlier mentioned dining room. The condominium resides in a strategic part of the Kuala Lumpur city centre, where work meets play. Just within walking distance from Bukit Bintang, tenants are close to KL’s main entertainment hub, Changkat Bukit Bintang, where nightlife is buzzing. It is also close to shopping districts, where big names such as Pavilion, Lot 10, Farenheit 88 and Berjaya Times Square are located. Weekend activities can be held at the KLCC Park, KL Forest Eco Park, and the Central Market, which are all a short drive away. 6 Ceylon can be accessed via the Jalan Raja Chulan and Jalan Pudu routes, which are linked to major highways, such as the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) and the Sultan Iskandar Highway. Although traffic is notoriously poor in the area, there are other public transportation options, such as the free buses and RapidKL buses that come through the area, not forgetting the Light Rail Transit and Monorail stations that are located nearby.
