The Nest Residences is a much awaited for project located along the busy trunk road of Jalan Puchong, off Old Klang Road. It is to be situated almost beside the Petron petrol station, opposite the popular Tiara Mutiara serviced apartment. The Nest Residences is a development of Nagano Development, one of the lesser known developers in Malaysia but of fine quality nevertheless. The Nest Residences is a home which its name depicts its concept. It is a home that is dedicated to family living with its cosiness. There will be a total of 618 units are opened to the public for sale and will have a minimum launch price of RM430,749. These homes will be spread out over two blocks of towers, making it a moderate density development. Of the two blocks, one stands at 28 storeys tall and the other at 36 storeys tall. Due to its affordability, the number of facilities available at The Nest Residences will also be on the rather limited side. As of 2015, the confirmed facilities is a gymnasium, infinity pool and playground. While information on The Nest Residences is scarce, it is a widely anticipated development for its strategic location. There have however been much apprehension to the density of living in the area which causes massive traffic congestion during peak hours. Many buyers however lean in favour of the development as it is within only minutes of Old Klang Road and its accessibility to many highways. Residents will be within minutes of Petaling Jaya and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), where the former is only 10 minutes away and the latter at less than 5 minutes. With the LDP, getting the Bandar Sunway and Subang Jaya will take approximately 15 minutes in clear traffic. On the other hand, getting to Mid Valley Megamall or the Federal Highway will also take less than 15 minutes in clear traffic, and getting to the Kuala Lumpur city centre will take less than 25 minutes through Old Klang Road and the Federal Highway.
