The Arezzo bungalows on the other hand have 5+1 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 3 parking bays with land areas between 4,844 sf to 12,260 sf and a built-up area of 4,271 sf. All bungalows at 98 Residence have a dry and wet kitchen concept.

These spacious bungalows share a children’s playground, exclusive community hall, linear park with a 400 metres jogging track and landscaped gardens with trees surrounding the homes. To top it off, 98 Residence is a gated and guarded community with CCTV perimeter surveillance.

Nearby amenities include an AEON Big Hypermarket and Jusco, Tesco Alma, eateries and the Juru Autocity. Depending on traffic conditions, it is a five-minute drive to the Penang bridge and ten-minute drive to the second link. Although 98 Residence is built next to the Juru Toll of the North-South Express (NSE) highway, it is a ten-minute drive to reach the southbound toll.
