Acacia Park is a project of landed properties in the form of terrace homes. They are located in the Rawang township and is the product of the Low Yat Group. A moderately-sized developer in Malaysia, Low Yat Group has completed about 19 projects to-date as of 2020.

Acacia Park is being built in 4 phases within Bandar Tasik Puteri (BTP), within what is known as the Regional Centre. It is part of the BTP project, which has a population of over 70,000 as of 2020. The township features a Central Park of 33 acres and the 27-hole Tasik Puteri Golf & Country Club.

As part of the development, Acacia Park comprises 4 phases - Phase 1, 2, 3A and 3B which are all sold out. Phase 4A is open for sale as of the end of 2020. Buyers of this phase will enjoy utmost connectivity with its location just next to the main entrance of the neighbourhood, and being within walking distance of a future commercial development.

Staying in Acacia Park comes with the perk of being centrally located and well within reach of amenities. Within the neighbourhood itself is a school, and while there is a central park, residents will also enjoy the benefit of having a private park located within Phase 3 of the development.

Aside from the school located within the neighbourhood, there are numerous other education facilities in the vicinity including Sekolah Integrasi Tasik Puteri and Universiti Selangor (UNISEL). On top of that, popular supermarket chains such as AEON Rawang and Tesco Rawang are within a stone’s throw from home at about 10 minutes away by car. In lieu of medical necessities, aside from the numerous clinics in the area, there is also the Sungai Buloh Hospital located about 25 minute’s drive away.

Accessibility to Acacia Park is a given with its numerous ingress and egress routes. Getting onto the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) is seamless, providing residents with easy access to Shah Alam. There is also the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) where residents will find that getting to either Kuala Lumpur or Kuala Selangor is highly convenient. The North-South Expressway (PLUS) is equally accessible from the neighbourhood, providing access to the other states.

The homes at Acacia Park are highly affordable for the middle-income group, where buyers are able to purchase leasehold double-storey homes for less than the RM500,000 mark.
