Adenium Indah is a residential development located in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor. The neighbourhood offers landed homes within a convenient and peaceful suburban setting, making it an ideal place for a wholesome, family-oriented lifestyle.
The first phase of the Adenium Indah development offers 83 freehold double-storey terrace homes, which are spacious and modernly-designed. Upon the completion of this first phase in September 2017, the homes will be set against surrounding green mountains, awarding a closeness to nature.
The 2-storey terrace dwellings at Adenium Indah have built-up spaces of at least 1,726 sf along with a functional 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms layout. There are also plans for the second phase of Adenium Indah, which will see another 56 double-storey units of similar built-up space and layout. Phases 3 and 4 are also in their planning stages.

Amenities are within easy reach, with schools like SK Bukit Beruntung and its branch SK Bukit Beruntung 2, SK Taman Bunga Raya, SMK Taman Bunga Raya 1, SMK Bukit Sentosa and many others just a short drive away. There are also a number of supermarkets nearby while the Tesco Bukit Beruntung hypermarket is just under 10 minutes’ drive from Adenium Indah.
Accessibility to and from Adenium Indah is mainly through the main road which runs through the town of Bukit Beruntung, known as Route 3208. The Bukit Beruntung Toll Plaza of the North-South Expressway (NSE) is just a few minutes north of the neighbourhood via the aforementioned road. The NSE then enables access to Rawang, Sungai Buloh, and finally KL at about 40 minutes away. Route 3208 also runs almost parallel to the NSE southwards, until it reaches Kampung Sungai Choh, where Route 1 then leads northeast to Serendah and southwest towards Rawang.
The Adenium Indah Phase 1 homes are considerably affordable, with units being launched at prices starting from RM320,000. Though pricing of the Phase 2 homes have yet to be released. Being located in a town where most of the population are working individuals at the industrial and agricultural businesses around the Bukit Beruntung area and even Rawang, the homes are rather worth their price for the space, peaceful surroundings and connectivity they offer.
