Rawang is equipped with the required amenities of a full-fledged township: a KPJ Specialist Hospital, three international schools (Regent, Straits, and Templar Park), as well as restaurants (McDonald’s, Secret Recipe, Pizza Hut & KFC) and hypermarkets (Tesco, Mydin, Giant & NSK) – all located within short driving distances from Alamanda Parklands to serve the needs of the neighbourhood.

The ideal mix of scenic landscapes, close proximity to required amenities, and reasonable prices for homes of familiar designs have understandably led to high take-up rates within the Alamanda Parklands development. In February 2018, Phases 1 and 2, comprising 360 units of terraced homes, were fully taken-up within a period of just two days. At the time of this review, Phases 3, 4, 5, and 7 have been sold out – but registrations for the last few Phases (6, 8 and 9) remain open at this time.

Buyer sentiment data regarding this development leans heavily in the direction of homeowners seeking properties for their own stay, due in part to the homes’ contemporary designs, the relatively low population density of Rawang, and the distance of Alamanda Parklands from the city ruling out alternative uses for the homes such as tourist homestays or student hostels.
