Blossom Square is the main commercial component of Bandar Rimbayu development in Telok Panglima Garang, just off Kota Kemuning. Situated strategically within a fast-emerging township, Blossom Square will enjoy great exposure to the burgeoning population, with an estimated 12,000 households. The development which will be completed in 2019, is also just beside the future serviced apartments and a school, making it conveniently within reach of a good number of people.

The shop offices will also enjoy high visibility, given its location along the main avenue where residents of Bandar Rimbayu will have to go through when entering and exiting the township. The 88 Blossom Square units come in a selection 2-storey and 3-storey types, with a variety of sizes. The Type A1 and Type B1 are 3-storey corner units, with built-ups of 6,935 sf and 6,327 sf respectively. Following that is the 3-storey intermediate types, namely Type A2 and Type B2, at 5,984 sf and 5,484 sf each. Type A3 and Type B3 are the double-storey intermediate units, where Type A3 is slightly larger at 3,660 sf compared to the latter at 3,330 sf.

Blossom Square holds much potential, where businesses can flourish as the Bandar Rimbayu township continues to develop. The commercial development was launched with prices of RM1.63 onwards. Despite its leasehold tenure, Blossom Square is expected to produce viable rental yields, given that it is the closest location for residents of the many residential phases to reach amenities in the township.

Access to Blossom Square is also highly convenient, with a range of major highways within reach. Some of these include the Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS) and Lebuhraya Kemuning Shah Alam (LKSA), which connects to key locations in the Klang Valley, such as Puchong, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya and Subang in under 35 minutes. KL city is also approximately 40 minutes’ drive away. Other towns like Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Kajang are also between 30 to 40 minutes from the development via the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE). The Expressway Lingkaran Tengah (ELITE) is also reachable, where the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and access to other southern states like Seremban is enable through the Expressway Lingkaran Tengah (ELITE), while connectivity to the north-western state of the peninsula is possible through the proposed West Coast Expressway (WCE) which will stretch from Banting to Taiping, Perak.
