Crescentia Park is a project of link homes developed in Batu Kawan, Penang. The link homes are mostly 2-storeys in height, with a selection of unit types, where only 1 variant of the residences is 2.5-storeys. Beginning from sizes of 650 sf, the Studio S type offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, followed by the Studio M types at 750 sf with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Studio L is 1,233 sf in built-up space, while the largest is the Clover variant at 1,700 sf with 2+1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Launched at surprisingly affordable prices, the homes have appreciated tremendously in value. The smallest Studio S unit was just RM42,000 in price, followed by RM70,000 and RM108,000 for the Studio M and Studio L. The Clover was the highest, priced at RM138,000. These days, the Crescentia Park homes can be found on the market at prices beginning from RM235,000. Rental is also at a good rate for owners or investors, which is at least RM1,000 per month.

Crescentia Park offers a children’s playground, basketball court and open space, though security and perimeter fencing is not available. Most amenities in the Batu Kawan area can be found along the main road of Jalan Bukit Tambun, while more are located in the town of Simpang Ampat not too far away. The recently opened Design Village Premium Brand Outlet Mall is the highlight of Batu Kawan, just a short drive from the development. Schools in the area include SK Batu Kawan, SJK (T) Ladang Batu Kawan, and SRJK (C) Keng Koon.

Crescentia Park is ideally situated with easy access to the second Penang bridge as well as the North-South Expressway (NSE). With that, the town of Bayan Lepas on the island is just about 20 minutes away, while the NSE leads to other towns on the mainland.
