Apartment Dahlia is a low cost walk-up flat in Bukit Beruntung. It is otherwise also known as Pangsapuri Dahlia, and is situated within the housing estate of Taman Bunga Raya. The development carries a valuable freehold title, and sits on residential titled land.

The homes within this flat come with a minimum built-up of 700 sf and 3 bedrooms. The larger sized units are sized at 750 sf and also come with 3 bedrooms. Completed many years ago, Apartment Dahlia is popular as rental homes. As of the year 2020, the selling price for these homes came at a minimum of RM80,000.

Apartment Dahlia is a well located development despite its rather affordable pricing. Within a short distance from the flats is SK Taman Bunga Raya as well as its complementing secondary school SMK Taman Bunga Raya. Also available in the vicinity is the SRA Taman Bunga Raya. Slightly further away at about 10 to 15 minutes by car is SMK Bukit Sentosa and SJKC Bukit Tangga.

A reason for the popularity of Apartment Dahlia as a rental home comes partly because of its proximity to many amenities. Aside from the many schools within the vicinity, the residents are also within walking distance to many F&B shops and a 99 Speedmart convenience store. Within the area is also the Bukit Beruntung Pos Malaysia office.

Alongside these conveniences are many other amenities that come in the form of internet cafes and various other convenience stores. For grocery shopping there is the Tesco hypermarket which is only 10 minutes away by car.

Apartment Dahlia neighbours many other low cost flats including Apartment Buginvilla, and slightly further away is the Mawar Apartment, Kemuning Apartment, Anggerik Apartment and Teratai Apartment.

Residents of Apartment Dahlia will enjoy easy access to a number of highways. This includes the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) which will provide them convenient access to both Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Selangor, and the North–South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) which provides seamless access to both Shah Alam as well as Nilai in Negeri Sembilan. Residents will also enjoy easy access to the North-South Expressway.

Apartment Dahlia is a product of Talam Transform Berhad, which was previously known as Trinity Corporation Berhad and before that as Talam Corporation Bhd. As indicated by the number of times the company has changed its name, this developer has a murky history. Tied to politics and corruption, the Talam developer has been shunned by property buyers for decades.
