East Ledang in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru is sure to turn some heads from its multitude of awards for being one of the best property developments not only in Malaysia, but Southeast Asia as well. Although the area of East Ledang may have yet to be populated, it has been estimated that the 275-acre development would be a popular destination for investors and expatriates not only from Johor and all around Malaysia, but Singapore as well.

East Ledang is the pride owner of its very own lake, creating a very much so resort-themed channel of living. As for the residential area itself, it is well-guarded with patrols and a security system mimicking that of several American embassies around the world. The clubhouse, called The Ledang Urban Retreat boasts a swimming pool, gymnasium and barbeque area, amongst other facilities.
However, most residents need not even have to rely on the clubhouse’s swimming pool as several of East Ledang’s residences possess their own private pools for residents’ utmost convenience and leisure.
A total of 861 residences were planned for East Ledang, to be completed in seven stages. Serenity Park comprises of twin villas and linked duplexes; Tranquillity Park of twin villas and bungalows; and Harmony Park of three types of two-story terrace homes. Meanwhile, Melody Park and Noble Park consist of luxurious Pavilion Villas and Grand Pool Villas, respectively.
If landed residences aren’t your forte, Ujana Executive Apartments offer a variety of units as well as penthouses, starting from 911 sf. Moreover, East Ledang is one of the few zones in Malaysia connected with FTTH (Fibre to The Home) fast speed internet access.
