Focus Height is a bustling neighbourhood of commercial lots and residential homes located in Balik Pulau, Penang. There are several rows of double-storey shop offices as well as terraces, semi-detached and bungalow homes, which all appear to have been built just a few years ago.

The homes at Focus Height are pleasant, with wide porches and large windows and balconies. The terraces are double-storey in height and do not appear too narrowly cramped together. The double-storey semi-detached and bungalow units on the other hand, are even more spacious. Some semi-detached units, like the bungalows, even have car porches able to fit 4 cars and large land area within their compounds. The bungalows appear to be newer and are 3 storeys in height.

Focus Height homes have built-up spaces of at least 1,745 sf, with subsale prices beginning from RM830,000. Rental is also higher than average, at about RM2,500 per month.

Focus Height is highly convenient, with many amenities available within the neighbourhood itself. The commercial shop lots house a range of amenities like convenience stores, mini markets, eateries, food courts, fast food restaurants as well as pharmacies and clinics. There is also a good selection of schools within the vicinities of the neighbourhood, encompassing SMJK Sacred Heart, Sacred Heart High School, SJK (C) Chong Teik, SK Kongsi and even a Kolej Teknologi Pulau. Hospital Balik Pulau is also just a short few minutes’ drive away.

Accessibility wise, Focus Height is located just off Jalan Tun Sardon, which connects to roads such as Lebuh Bukit Jambul and Jalan Paya Terubong on the west of Balik Pulau, leading to the towns of Air Itam and Bayan Baru. With that, the first Penang bridge is only about 20 minutes’ drive away. Jalan Tun Sardon also connects to Jalan Balik Pulau south of the island, before heading west via Jalan Teluk Kumbar to the towns of Bayan Lepas and Batu Maung just 20 minutes away.
