Green Garden is a high-density, low-cost apartment residence located in Paya Terubong, Penang. There are 2 blocks, both standing at 26 storeys high. The property does not appear too old in age, with both complexes appearing to be well-kept.

The freehold units at Green Garden are snug, with only 550 sf of built-up space. Layout is also similar for all units, which is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The extra bathroom is somewhat of a luxury, given that most low-cost apartments with 2 bedrooms only have 1 bathroom.

Despite its affordability at subsale prices beginning from RM75,000, Green Garden offers facilities like a swimming pool, which is somewhat of a surprise, a children’s playground and a multi-level covered parking lot. Apart from that, there are also a few restaurants and mini markets within the property as well as 24-hour security. Rental is also fair, with most units available at rates of RM430 per month.

Green Garden is close to a myriad of commercial shop lots along Jalan Paya Terubong where there are eateries, convenience stores and so on. There is also an Econsave supermarket about 5 minutes’ drive away. Further down the road is the All Season Place where a Giant hypermarket and other food and beverage outlets can be found. Schools will require a drive to the Greenlane area as there are no primary and secondary schools in the Paya Terubong area.

Accessibility is not an issue to residents of Green Garden as busses and taxis frequent the area. Other than Jalan Paya Terubong, there are also several major roads within proximity of the property. These include Jalan Paya Terubong, the Thean Tek Highway, and Jalan Air Itam which all lead to other parts of the city and island. The first Penang bridge is slightly over 15 minutes away via Jalan Paya Terubong while Georgetown is about 25 minutes’ drive in the opposite direction via Jalan Air Itam.
