Small families, young adults and working adults can consider getting a unit here, as compared to other low-cost apartments, it has a larger than average size, which means there is ample space to move around, with more freedom for individual design preferences. Investors can also consider this place, thanks to its location.

Intan Apartment also comes with a number of facilities, quite unlikely of low-cost apartments of its time, which generally focused on being just an accommodation. The inclusion of a mini-mart within the premises will provide convenience for tenants who are unable to leave home for daily needs, or even for emergency supplies. Giant Bandar Puchong is also within the area, where tenants will be able to get their grocery shopping done. Puchong town centre, where Tesco, IOI Mall and IOI Boulevard are located, is also just a short drive away from the apartment.

Intan Apartment can be easily accessed via the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Via the highway, tenants will also be able to access the KESAS Highway, Bukit Jalil Highway as well as the MEX Highway, which bring townships such as Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya closer.
