There is a few facilities that are provided within the neighbourhood, and most of them are situated within the central park, which is located at the end of the development. Within the park, tenants have ample space for recreational activities and for a breath of fresh air. Residents will also be able to utilise the jogging track that surrounds the park for a run or a quick stroll. Not only that, children can enjoy the large playground provided for them, while social gatherings can also happen around the park area thanks to a gazebo situated within.

Iris Park’s shop-offices house the likes of restaurants, service centres, and workshops, within walking distance of the residences. Other amenities that are nearby also include the row of shops in Kulai Besar, which has a variety of banks that is just a short drive away from the homes.

In addition to that, tenants will also be able to reach AEON Mall Kulaijaya, where they can shop for groceries and daily necessities, or enjoy themselves with the entertainment outlets provided within. Furthermore, the Temenggong Sri Maharaja Tun Ibrahim Hospital is further down the road from the mall, which makes it convenient during emergency situations.

Iris Park is easily accessible via the Jalan Besar Federal Route, which has an exit leading directly to the neighbourhood. The route also branches out so that tenants can travel to other Johor districts, such as Senai, and Singapore via the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Highway.

The place is near AEON Mall, it’s convenient. Traffic is also not bad, and so is safety. The best thing about this place is that it is clean and peaceful.
