Schools that are nearby include Sekolah Kebangsaan Kantan Permai, and the Hulu Langat Community College.
Using the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), residents will be able to reach the development easily, much thanks to the exit which is right outside of it. Another option to reach Latania is via Persiaran Saujana Impian, which is also a bypass to Semenyih.
