M Vertica is the latest addition in the property line in Cheras. It is a luxury condominium, slated to be the largest and tallest residency in the area, standing at almost 50 storeys high, and over 3,000 units to be opened for sale in phases. The development is estimated to be completed by 2021.

The first phase, which consists of just 1 tower, has 2 types of layouts to offer to its prospects; Type A and B. Type A is the smaller unit, with a built-up of 850 sf, and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The larger unit is Type B, sized at 1,000 sf, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The units will be priced from RM478,800, an affordable price judging by the luxurious nature of the condominium. The residence is aimed at first home buyers, young adults, working adults and home upgraders, much thanks to its affordable price and reasonable size.

M Vertica boasts a large amount of facilities, claimed to have the largest selection of amenities among developments within the area, with 38 of them. There are themed gardens and decks for tenants to go to when they need time off just for fresh air and a bit of recreation. There is also a sports complex that consists of a futsal court, basketball court and tennis court. A badminton court is also included, closer to the multi-purpose hall that will be provided for social gatherings and events.

In addition to the hall, there is also a picnic and barbecue zone. Outdoor fitness stations, gym and a ladies gym will be provided for those who are looking to keep themselves fit at the comfort of their own homes, and with enhanced privacy. Other facilities include swimming pools, children’s playground, as well as reflexology, jogging and bicycle paths, just to name another few.

Located in the heart of Cheras, at the old site of the Kuala Lumpur Badminton Stadium, there are tonnes of amenities that are nearby, especially big malls, such as IKEA Cheras and MyTown Shopping centre, which are both just a drive away. Within walking distance is the Sunway Velocity Mall. The badminton stadium, which has been relocated, will also be nearby, providing an option for recreation. Tenants will also be close to the entertainment hub of Kuala Lumpur - Tun Razak Entertainment Centre (TREC), which houses bars, restaurants and Zouk.

The Besraya Highway provides easy access to M Vertica, though traffic may be a problem getting to and from the area. However, the Maluri Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) stations are a stone’s throw away from the condominium. Other highways linked and accessible from M Vertica include the Maju Expressway (MEX) and the Kuala Lumpur 2nd Ring Road Highway (MRR2).
