The residence will also come in handy to students who are studying in Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC). Other schools that are close to the area are Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Setapak Indah, Sekolah Kebangsaan Gombak Setia and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Gombak Setia.
Traffic could cause some headache here, but there is an abundance of routes in the form of trunk roads to reach M3 Residences. It also has easy access to the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), which connects to Jalan Duta, where Publika is located, and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
