Mutiara Point Business Park is a freehold commercial development by Titijaya Land Berhad located at Jalan Meru, Klang, next to New North Klang Straits Bypass.

It was built on a 13-acre land to provide amenities and creating markets with conveniences, for example, education institutions, banks, and offices for adjacent neighborhoods like Taman Bahagia, Taman Sri Pekan and Mutiara Bukit Raja, just to give a few examples.

The place can be accessed via the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), New North Klang Straits Bypass (NNKSB), North Klang Straits Expressway (NKSE) and Federal Highway. To add, it is approximately 4km from Klang town and Meru town is just 7km away. This excellent road linkage has made the place strategic when it comes to logistics and is an added value for fellow investors.

Completed in 2007, the units in Mutiara Point Business Park are sized from 1,540 sf and the area does not come with any facilities, not even security. So if you're planning to invest here, it's better to be extra cautious and install security systems of your own.

Having said that, even though the place was aimed to provide convenience to the residents in nearby housing localities, as well as the office crowd, this property still has a number of vacant units, and it can be seen that most of the tenants here are from the industrial sector.
