Pearl Residence is a gated and guarded community in southern Seberang Perai, Penang. Developed by Tambun Indah, Pearl Residence is part of a master plan called the Pearl City township. Pearl Residence at Pearl City, Penang, should not be mistaken for Pearl Residences at Kajang, which is in Selangor.

Pearl Residence was completed in June 2015, offering 473 units of terrace and semi-detached homes. Pearl Residence homes are built with 12 ft high ceilings on the ground floor and spacious bedrooms. Launch prices for terrace homes were RM308,000 for 1,760 sf, which includes 4+1 bedroom and 3 bathrooms.

The semi-detached units at Pearl Residence on the other hand, are priced between RM588,000 to RM738,000 with built-up areas ranging from 2,439 to 2,906 sf. Each unit has a 4+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms layout and a porch area large enough for 3 vehicles.

The gated and guarded neighbourhood also offers 24-hour security services as well as CCTV surveillance. Developed with the Eco-Sanctuary concept in mind, residents will enjoy rich green lawns, landscaped children’s playground, a community hall and a gymnasium.

Pearl City Mall and the GEMS International School are at the centre of the township with room for much more development. Pearl City is accessible from the the North-South Expressway (NSE) at the Bukit Tambun Toll, about a 10 to 15 minutes’ drive from the Pearl Residence. The township is also a 20-minute drive to the second Penang bridge.
