Seroja Apartment is a low cost home located in Setia Alam, which is also known as Pangsapuri Seroja. It is a freehold walk-up apartment building that carries a residential land title. The apartment is located within the city of Shah Alam, and is a product of one of Malaysia’s leading developer S P Setia.
Pangsapuri Seroja is comprised of several blocks of 5-storey flats. The units carry built-ups of between 650 sf to 682 sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Prices of the homes here as of the year 2020 stood at approximately between RM150,000 and RM190,000, and carried a rental yield of about 4.22% pre-COVID era. The rental prices however picked up post-COVID and yielded about 5.14% in rentals.
Seroja Apartment is rather well maintained and carries a colourful facade of multicoloured paint at its entrance. Every building is dual coloured with white and beige paint, and the every block is marked by a different colour for residents and visitors alike to identify the blocks from a distance.
Although a low cost apartment, Seroja Apartment carries a few facilities on its grounds for the leisure and enjoyment of its residents. There is a barbecue area where the residents, families and friends are able to gather for barbecue parties, as well as a jogging track where the residents are able to run within safely. There is also a playground for the children to entertain themselves in, while the adults enjoy some bonding time.
Within a short radius of the development are several necessary lifestyle amenities including the Tesco hypermarket, as well as a number of schools including SJKC Pin Hwa 1, and SJKT Setia Alam. Ambitious parents can even aspire to send their children to the nearby Peninsula International School of Australia if they desire.
Schools and shopping centres aside, everyday conveniences such as eateries and petrol stations are close to home. There is also the Columbia Asia Hospital in Klang which is only 4.7 kilometres from Seroja Apartment.
Seroja Apartment is sited within a quiet residential area promising residents a peaceful environment, but is nevertheless well located within proximity of several highways. Connected to the highways via the Persiaran Setia Alam road, residents are easily able to get to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and the main trunk road of Jalan Meru.
