Setia Pinnacle is an upcoming luxury condominium development in Sungai Ara, Penang. True to its name, the single residential complex towers over the surrounding greenery at 38 storeys tall. Slated to be completed in late 2016, the development will house 434 freehold units along with a string of impressive facilities.

Units at Setia Pinnacle come in a selection of 3, with each offering different built-up spaces and layouts for various individual needs. Type A is the most spacious, with a built-up of 1,515 sf and 3+1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Type B units are slightly more snug at 1,314 sf while Type C is the smallest, though no less sizeable at 1,095 sf. Type B and Type C both offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Facilities at Setia Pinnacle are set to bring new heights in luxurious living, with an infinity lap pool, children’s pool with waterslides, a sauna, and the more unique heated whirlpool. There are also features like a kid’s fun zone, games zone, as well as indoor and outdoor play areas for some family fun. The Tai Chi and yoga deck also enable sweeping views of the city while stretching the day’s stresses away. The reader’s zone and sky pavilion on the other hand, offer quiet respite. Other facilities include a gymnasium, fitness zone, jogging track, multi-function hall, meeting hall, along with a landscaped lawn.

Given its location closer to the hills away from the bustle of the city, Setia Pinnacle residents will require a short drive to the towns of Relau and Bayan Baru for amenities. Just within 15 minutes’ drive will take residents to commercial hubs such as Krystal Point, Udini Square and the popular Queensbay Mall where banks, convenience stores, clinics, restaurants, supermarkets, department stores, and more can be found. Schools in the vicinities of the development include the Chung Hwa Chinese Secondary School, SK Seri Relau, the Fairview International School, SK Bayan Baru, SRJK (C) Shih Chung, and SJK (C) Heng Ee among others. The nearest hospital is Hospital Pantai Mutiara, about a 10-minute drive away.

Accessibility wise, Setia Pinnacle is located just off Persiaran Relau higher up the hill, which may require residents to have their own transportation for better ease. Persiaran Relau connects to Jalan Tun Dr. Awang, which in turn also links to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway. As such, the first Penang bridge and the town of Gelugor are merely 10 minutes away while Bayan Lepas is also about equal distance from the property. The Georgetown city centre further north of the island, will take about 30 minutes’ journey.

Setia Pinnacle is a culmination of everyday luxury and escape from the city, surrounded by green hills. Hence, its luxury is reflected in the launching rates of the units from RM604,440 to RM982,100.
