Sky Suites @ Meldrum Hills is a serviced residence located near the coast in Johor Bahru. The development, spearheaded by MB Land Sdn. Bhd., consists of a tower block that stretches up to 31 storeys high. There are a total of 250 units in the residence, split between various layouts.

There are 3 standard layouts, and 3 more for the penthouse units, which takes up 9 out of the 250 units. The standard layouts, consisting of Type A, B and C, have built-ups varying from 581 sf to 1,345 sf. Type A is the largest unit, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within its compound, and has 66 units in total. Type B, on the other hand, has 87 units with a built-up of 861 sf, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The smallest unit, Type C, has a studio unit layout, and consists of 88 units through the whole complex. Since its completion in 2015, the apartment now fetches a subsale price from as low as RM425,000 and a rental price from RM1,400.

There are a large variety of facilities throughout the whole building which can be enjoyed by tenants of Sky Suites @ Meldrum Hills. Several landmarks of Johor Bahru are nearby, which includes the Sultan Ibrahim Building, Pasar Karat, and the Johor Bahru Chinese Heritage Museum. The customs centre is also just a stone’s throw away, making journey to Singapore a convenient experience. Johor Bahru City Square and JBCC are shopping centres that are at a short drive away, which provide amenities such as restaurants, banks, mini marts, convenience stores and a variety of shops.

The serviced residence can be easily accessed via the Jalan Tun Abdul Razak route and the Johor Causeway. Via the two access points as well, residents will be able to travel throughout Johor Bahru, and to Singapore for a short getaway, or even work. However, being in the city centre could spell problems with traffic, occupants can consider using the JB Sentral KTM Station, which is just a short walk away.
