Stakan Junction, developed by Borneo Development Corporation (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, is a 3-storey shophouse project that comprises of 16 units and located along the main road of Jalan Datuk Mohammad Musa, in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. From Stakan Junction, it is not too far to Surau Darul Malihah (1.5km), SK Jalan Muara Tuang (1.7km), St. Joseph Catholic Church (2.9km), and Open University Malaysia (5.6km). Several commercial shops and retail outlets can be found within the vicinity, which may or may not provide some competition for shopkeepers of Stakan Junction. Nevertheless, said shopkeepers can also cater to the convenience of residents living right across the street.
