Taman Bestari Indah is a 715-acres mixed township development located in Ulu Tiram, Johor. The development consists of residential homes and commercial components, built over a span of several years, and all completed in 2015. As such, there are some properties within which are fairly new, while some have been around for a while.

In terms of accessibility, Taman Bestari Indah is located within reach of several major highways, namely the Tebrau Highway, the Pasir Gudang Highway, the North-South Expressway (NSE), and the Senai Desaru Highway. With that, Taman Bestari Indah is accessible to and from other towns and key locations within Johor, such as Senai (33.9km), where the Senai International Airport is located, the Johor Bahru city centre (23.3km), and Pasir Gudang (28km).
