Taman Megah Ria is a matured township located in Masai, Johor. The township consists of a mix of properties, heavily composed of residential properties while the remainder is made up of commercial buildings. The residential component consists of high-rise buildings, such as apartments and condominiums, while landed homes are made up of terrace, and semi-detached units.

High-rise properties located within the area are such as the likes of Ria Apartment 1 and 2, as well as Carlton Seaview Residences. The Ria Apartment comprises units with built-ups from 850 sf onwards, and comes with an average of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the latter has sizes ranging from 520 sf to 1,205 sf.

Facilities in the high-rise homes include the likes of barbecue areas, swimming pools, and playgrounds for the children. Some of the apartments and condominiums also have a multi-purpose hall for social gatherings and events. The landed residential areas have a park, usually surrounded by a jogging track for residents to have a quick stroll or jog. Homes in Taman Megah Ria are usually secured with a 24-hour security system.

Taman Megah Ria is itself a self-sustainable neighbourhood, with various commercial lots scattered around the area, bringing about amenities such as restaurants, workshops, offices, service centres and boutiques. There are also schools within the town which children can go to, such as SJK (C) Chee Tong and SMK Taman Megah Ria.

The township enjoys convenient access thanks to the Johor Bahru East Coast Highway having an exit leading directly to the area. Via the expressway, tenants will also be able to travel to the Johor Bahru city centre and Singapore.
