Taman Puteri Wangsa is a mature neighbourhood located in Ulu Tiram, Johor. Developed by Insun Development, it consists of single and double storey terrace units, as well as shop-office units. The residential units have built-ups ranging from 775 sf onward, and has at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each, while the commercial units are sized from 1,400 sf.

There are landscaped parks and children’s playgrounds scattered throughout the neighbourhood, serving as facilities for tenants to make use of. However, security is scarce in the area, but that can be compensated with self-installed security systems in individual homes.
