Taman Sutera is a neighbourhood of terrace homes located in Seberang Jaya, Penang. The homes do not appear to be too old in age, with many of them still maintaining the original paint.

The homes at Taman Sutera are at least 1,550 sf in built-up size, with several different design types. The terraces have a narrow porch, with space only for 1 car as a garden takes up a half of the porch. Many of the homes have been renovated and the gardens cemented to be able to fit 2 cars.

From Taman Sutera, access to schools will require about 5 to 10 minutes’ drive, namely SK Seberang Jaya, SMK Perai, SJK (T) Ladang Prye, and SK Seberang Jaya 2. Apart from that, there are also educational institutions like Paramount College of Technology and Open University about equal distance away.

Taman Sutera is located just off the North-South Expressway (NSE), which is accessible via Jalan Jenahak and Lebuh Jenahak. The NSE then leads directly to the first Penang bridge just under 10 minutes away and also links to Jalan Baru, which leads to the town of Bukit Mertajam, Bukit Tengah, Bandar Baru Perda and more. The Butterworth-Kulim Highway and the Butterworth Outer Ring Road can also be reach via the NSE, making the town of Butterworth a little under 20 minutes from the neighbourhood.
